Our Team

Scott Stanger
MSc, RMT
Lead Personal Trainer
Scott has worked with hundreds of fitness clients with a focus on educating each individual to move better, get stronger, and feel younger.
Scott has an extensive experience and education in the fields of health and fitness. Scott obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western University. He then went on to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science at Sheridan College, and to become registered as a massage therapist. Lastly, Scott has completed a Masters Degree in Exercise Science through Edith Cowan University.
Scott was formerly the certified athletic therapist and strength and conditioning coach for Cricket Canada, and traveled with the men’s national team to many international tournaments.
When he is not working, Scott can be found at the gym or trying to learn something new. His current interests include learning how to play the piano, and learning how to speak a new language.
